Emerson Introduces New TESCOM AGI Flushing Ring

Launched in September 2024, the TESCOM Rinse RingTM Emerson’s AGI BR Series offers a ready-to-use solution for various applications, including those used in biofuel refineries and petrochemical plants.

This AGI BR Series Rinse Ring is designed to enable users to simplify the ordering process and replenishment, adapting to their customers’ specific testing requirements. A new piece of equipment that still features the classic BRS “sandwich” and BRW “flangeless” rings, as well as the BR7 “integrated fitting” design, and purge and rinse functions directly in the flange ring.

“Ordering and installing flushing rings as separate components is often cumbersome, leading to additional costs and extended delivery times,” said Md Wasfi, Marketing Director at Emerson. “In addition, the entire process must be repeated during replenishment. With the new TESCOM flushing ringTM AGI, customers can order a complete, modular valve assembly under a single stock keeping unit (SKU), simplifying the process and reducing on-site installation costs. “, explains Emerson on the sidelines of the launch of this new product.

To provide the flexibility needed for different applications, TESCOM Flushing RingTM AGI features flanged connections available in size ranges from 1 to 6 inches, with pressure ratings from 150# ANSI to 2500# ANSI, and temperature options from -192 to 538 degrees C (-3143 to 1000 degrees F). To meet specific project requirements, Emerson can also offer custom variations and non-destructive testing (NDT) testing.
