This Google Maps tip that nobody knows greatly makes life in the car

Even using GPS, it is possible to make the wrong road, especially in dense urban areas with many interchanges and intersections. But a tip still little known on Google Maps greatly reduces the risk of error.
I recently used Google Maps in one of the densest cities in the world: Tokyo. In addition to having to ride on the left, it was necessary to remain concentrated so as not to be mistaken in its incredibly dense network. This tip of Google Maps would have helped me not to go wrong if I had known earlier!
Less error possible
Sometimes, for lack of anticipation or readability, it is possible to miss a change of direction to a branch. But this feature of Google Maps allows you to better anticipate these changes.
Indeed, whether on mobile, Android Automotive, Android Auto or Apple Carplay, it is possible to easily switch from one intersection to another on Google Maps as we can learn in an article from Xatakandroid and a post Reddit.
To do this, just drag the finger on the bubble indicating the next change of direction. It then becomes possible to display the next course change, and the card display adjusts while leaving centering on the vehicle to focus on the intersection.
Simpler than manually zooming
And so far, when I had a doubt about the direction to follow at an intersection, I left from the GPS point of my vehicle, slid the card to the crossing and zoomed on it.
But in reality, there is no need to complicate the task by doing all this since it is just enough to swiper from right to left on the bubble indicating the changes of direction. Driving is then simplified and increased security since you spend less time to trifty your screen to try to find your way.
And to return to centering on your vehicle, no need to swipe in the other direction. Just press the “Recentrate” button which appears from the first swipe to the next intersection.
