Created in 2011, Wizbii is a company specializing in online services for students and recent graduates. It notably offers services for youth employment (job dating, job offers, etc.), a financial aid simulator and a driving license support service. In order to manage its various activities, it relies on the Domo platform (Nasdaq: Domo to provide data analyzes and dashboards. Thanks to the agility of the platform, Wizbii adapts the monitoring of its performance to constant evolution of its services.
The importance of scalable dashboarding in a start-up logic
Since 2019, Wizbii has used Domo to analyze its data and edit its monitoring dashboards (CRM, activity, web traffic, etc.). The company thus has indicators to manage its activity.
Wizbii decided to use the Domo platform to have greater agility. The story begins 4 years ago. At the time Wizbii was still operating with a scattered set of spreadsheets. The difficulty for the teams was to combine the dashboards and extract predictive analyzes from them.
“It was difficult to have real consistency and appropriate monitoring since the data came from different sources,” explains Lionel Cottet, data analyst at Wizbii.
In addition, always driven by a start-up logic, Wizbii is constantly evolving. The same goes for its dashboards, which have a limited lifespan. However, previous tools left little room for agility. The difficulty in agglomerating data and this lack of flexibility therefore led Wizbii to look for a tool more suited to its environment and its operation.--
Between agility and simplicity
In addition to its great scalability, what appealed to Wizbii was also the ease of use of the Domo solution. The company has gained in analysis capacity and simplified the production of these dashboards.
Furthermore, Wizbii appreciates Domo’s support. “Thus, thanks to their advice, employees were able to discover new features and tips to improve their use of Domo.”
Currently, Wizbii is exploring additional features of Domo, including sending data through collaboration platforms. Currently being tested at Wizbii, the goal is to automate the reporting of product anomalies. Employees are thus notified when a problem is observed on one of their services.
Another interest, and not the least, is the AI approach recently proposed by Domo. This allows employee users of the platform to ask questions in natural language directly in the tool. They then have the expected data without having to formulate a query technically.
