Bora Djordjevic wrote one of Zdravko Čolić’s greatest hits

Bora Đorđević, as the frontman of the rock group “Riblja chorba”, sang some of our most beautiful songs, and in addition, he wrote hits for numerous singers.

At one time, Bora also collaborated with Zdravko Čolić on his album “Ako priđeš blješ” where he appeared as lyricist of the song “Produži dalje”.

Biography of Bora Chorba

Borisav Bora Đorđević, also known as Bora Čorba (Čačak, November 1, 1952) is a Serbian rock musician and poet. Đorđević has been the lead vocalist and songwriter of the rock group Riblja chorba since its foundation in 1978. Before that, he was a member of the music groups Suncokret and Rani Mraz. Bora Čorba is one of the most famous musicians of the Serbian and Yugoslav rock scene, with a large number of fans, as well as an impressive and influential public figure.

He was a member of numerous Čačany and Belgrade pop and rock groups during the 1970s, such as Zajedno, Suncokret and Rani mraz (with Đorđe Balašević).

In Belgrade, he entered the 5th Belgrade High School, then the Faculty of Law. After two years, he realized that this profession was not for him, so he tried to enter the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade.

Bora Corba’s private life – had 3 marriages

He was married to Dragana Đorđević, with whom he has a son Boris, and Tamara, Dragana’s daughter from a previous marriage, also lived with them. Borisav and Dragana divorced by mutual consent on February 5, 2007, and Borisav left her the apartment where they lived. Dragana Đorđević committed suicide on March 23, 2007.

For the second time, he married Aleksandra, a miner twenty-six (some sources say twenty-eight) years his junior. The wedding took place in Rudnik on November 18, 2009. He met Aleksandra during a tour of the USA. After four years, this marriage also ended – it is written on “Wikipedia”.

Several years ago, Bora Đorđević was happily married to Dubravka, with whom he lived in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
