“If you’re mentally broken, nothing works anymore”: Elena talks about her depression

At that time it would have been massive and weighed less than 50 kilograms. The scales confirmed her mother-in-law’s concerns: “45 kilos, so I thought something was wrong. Then I went to the doctor. But he didn’t know that it was psychological,” as Elena shares with Matze. But back then she couldn’t have talked to anyone about it. “I didn’t tell anyone about it, it was all settled with me.”

The reality star hardly left the bedroom for almost six months. The doctors were at a loss and sent her to a psychologist. He then made the diagnosis: depression. Ashamed, she reflects on her behavior during this time:

For example: You buy a new car, but don’t pay any maintenance. “It wasn’t that good of me either,” Elena admits looking back.

One thing is clear: after what happened between the ex-couple, things are bubbling under the surface. However, it remains to be seen whether Mike and Elena can maintain calm or whether there will be another scandal.
