The Swisscom subsidiaries Axept Business Software and MTF Solutions are expanding their existing cooperation in the area of Abacus. The aim of the increased cooperation is to use existing synergies and expand the joint offering in the Schaffhausen region. In addition to the existing cloud solutions AXvicloud and Provis Private Cloud, the focus will be on the exchange of specialist knowledge. The Abacus teams from MTF in Schaffhausen and Axept in Kemptthal and St. Gallen will pool their expertise. As part of the cooperation, projects, orders and support will be carried out jointly. In addition, MTF customers will have easier access to the training offer and the expanded product portfolio from Axept, including the ERP offer AXsolutions.
According to the statement, another focus is the joint market development and expansion in the Schaffhausen region. The two companies are planning coordinated sales and marketing measures to strengthen their local presence. In addition, it is being examined whether MTF Solutions will focus more on IT infrastructure in the future, while Axept will take over the further development and operation of MTF’s Abacus business.
MTF customers will also benefit from Axept’s expertise in the areas of data and analytics (Qlik and PowerBI) and construction management (Provis) as well as data management and interface solutions. (mw)
