The Italian table tennis players are chasing a medal on the seventh day of the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games. At 1pm Carlotta Ragazzini will face Croatian Dretar in the SF3 class quarter-finals, while at 7pm Federico Falco will play the semi-final against Cuban Fernandez in the SM1 class.

In shooting, Davide Franceschetti will take to the field on the Chateauroux platforms. At 9:30, the Friulian is expected for the qualifications of P4 Mixed 50m Pistol SH1. At 12:30 it will be the turn of Andrea Liverani and Pamela Novaglio in the Mixed 50 meters Rifle SH2.
Starting at 9, at the Defense Arena, the swimming heats begin. The first to compete, for Italy, is Alessia Berra in the 100 freestyle S12 women (9:37), then Alberto Amodeo in the 400 freestyle S8 men (10:13), Xenia Francesca Palazzo in the 400 freestyle S8 women, Emmanuele Marigliano in the 50 breaststroke SB2 men (10:42), Monica Boggioni in the 50 breaststroke SB3 women (10:52), Federico Bicelli in the 50 freestyle S7 men (10:57), Giulia Terzi in the 100 freestyle S7 women (11:08). Vittoria Bianco in the 100 freestyle S9 women (11:16). The finals are scheduled to start at 17:30.
At the Grand Palais Piste, the venue for the fencing competitions, the foil fencers will compete, with Michele Massa facing the Argentine Hugo Alderete (9:40) and Matteo Betti the French Ludovic Leomone (10:40) in the round of 32 of category A. Also competing, again at 10:40, will be Emanuele Lambertini. For the round of 32 of category A women, on the platform at 11:10 Andreea Ionela Mogos will be competing against the American Victoia Isaacson and Loredana Trigilia will be competing against the Ukrainian Natalia Morkvych. At 12:10, Beatrice Vio Grandis will be competing for category B.
In archery, on the Invalides competition fields, Stefano Travisani challenges the Japanese Tomohiro Ueyama in the round of 32 of the Individual Open Recurve (10:42).
At 12:55, at Chateau de Versailles, Federica Sileoni will compete in the Individual Grade V equestrian event.
Cycling returns to the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games on Wednesday 4 September.
The following are the Italian athletes taking part in the time trial races: Claudia Cretti, Eleonora Mele in the women’s individual C5 (8:00), Katia Aere, Giulia Ruffato, Ana Maria Vitelaru in the women’s individual H4-5 (9:22), Luca Mazzone in the men’s individual H2 (9:39), Fabrizio Cornegliani in the individual H1 (9:51), Francesca Porcellato in the women’s individual H2-3, Giorgio Farroni in the men’s individual T1-2 (10:19(, Federico Andreoli – Paolo Totò, Lorenzo Bernard – Davide Plebani in the individual B (13:30), Federico Mestroni, Martino Pini, Mirko Testa in the men’s individual H3 (15:28).
At the Stade de France, at 20:29, Marco Cicchetti will compete in the T64 long jump finals of athletics.

The Italian National Sitting Volleyball team will be playing tomorrow against Slovenia for fifth place. Kick-off at 18:00.
