A major fire with harmful smoke is underway on Tuesday in the industrial zone of Vétroz (VS), Alerswiss warns. The area has been evacuated.
The Valais police report that the alarm was raised at 12:45 p.m. and that the intervention is underway. The fire broke out in a company in the Botza industrial zone.
The police are asking the population not to approach the area. They will provide further information on the fire in the afternoon. (ats)
