Double reward Wednesday for Francisco Mancebo. By winning the first stage of the Tour du Sahel between Bourjeimatt and Akjoujt in Mauritania, a UCI 2.2 classified race, the Spaniard, member of the Al-Raed Saudi Club team, at the same time became the oldest rider ( 48 years and 319 days) to win a UCI race.
