Since the summer of 2024, it is a building that has intrigued users of the commercial activity zone of Saint-Cyr-sur-Loire, behind the Auchan hypermarket, rue des Mûriers. A transparent space, with contemporary lines, which has grown in the middle of a vast virgin space, in the middle of the warehouses and businesses of Clos de la Lande, near the Equatop area.
Welcome to Devin Collection, an atypical place dedicated to luxury watches and jewelry. Past the large glass airlock, an open and bright gallery welcomes the visitor. The building is covered with a dorsal glass roof. An elevator has been installed in the middle of the open space. Around us, pop art paintings hang on the walls, we are invited to take a seat around the central bar.
A unique luxury boutique concept in France
The space extends over two levels and 900 m2with cozy lounges, cozy meeting desks to welcome clients as guests in its lounge. At the head of this boutique, there is a couple from Tours in their thirties, Lucas and Cannelle Devin. Their credo was to “create a new kind of luxury boutique, daring, uninhibited and cool… and not in the city center”, this Lucas.
“A place that goes against the grain”
“We wanted a place that was a little counter to what is happening, that breaks the codes, because if we don't revolutionize a sector, that of luxury watchmaking and jewelry, we do it in our own way. way “, adds the young entrepreneur.
He comes from the world of luxury automobile events, particularly for Porsche. His wife worked in communications for watchmaking and luxury firms. The two former business school students brought their passions together to shape their store in their image. Cannelle's dad, who founded the Chassay car dealership 45 years ago, well known in the region, supported the project.
A project matured over five years
The young entrepreneurial couple had been developing this project for five years. It took shape in July 2024, after a year of work. At the entrance, two watchmakers work behind large windows, in full view of the customers. “They ensure the repair, overhaul, expertise and certification of the watches brought to us,” says Cinnamon.
-Behind the bay windows, the two experts, trained in the finest watchmaking houses, carry out real surgical work on the beautiful brand watches entrusted to them.

Because in addition to offering a wide range of watches from major Swiss and French brands, and fashionable designer jewelry, the boutique is distinguished by an activity around (very) beautiful recent second-hand watches. “The watch with a capital M”Lucas breathes. In the windows, fans roll their eyes at the Omega, Rolex, Tudor, Breitling and other prestigious brands.

Since the opening, a clientele of lovers of fine watches has come from all over the region to discover the Devin Collection space. “We remain in high-end products but with a very wide price range”specifies Cannelle. There are very well-made “entry-level” models from €500 or €600. But not sure that this is what the customers who open the door of this setting are looking for here…
