30 years ago, the beginning of the end of the Nordiques in Quebec

The year 2025 marks 30 years since the departure of the Nordiques from Quebec to Colorado. Three decades ago, on January 21, 1995, the Blues played the first game of their final season, the beginning of the end of the National Hockey League (NHL) in the capital. The Sun went to Denver and met several key players from that landmark era, some of whom haven’t spoken in a long time.
