Stade Hennebontais in solidarity with Mission

Saturday January 18, 2025, Stade Hennebontais had a meeting at its premises with Mission (formerly Taol Sikour56). Represented by Jean-Marc Rivalain, the association travels across the four departments of to collect various sports utensils: shoes, jerseys, tracksuits, socks, shorts etc., to help young Moroccans, Cameroonians, Senegalese, and Ivorians.

Support young people

Since its creation in 2017, the Hennebontais stadium has supported the Football Mission association. “We are one of six clubs in Morbihan to support developing countries by donating clothing and football shoes that are still in very good condition and intended for young people for a second life,” explains Allan Le Galeze and Jérémie Rutter, co-presidents of the Stadium.

Football Mission is a French association certified in 2022 by the United Nations as a player in sustainable development as part of the “Football for the goals” program, which uses the popularity of football and its universalism to make it a lever for sustainable development. .

A more united world

“We are a collective of volunteers of different nationalities, all passionate about football and wishing to contribute to a more united, happier world for younger generations and those to come. Our tour is currently underway and the sorting of the equipment will be done on March 5, 2025, at the Clairefontaine technical center, in the region,” explains Jean-Marc Rivalain, head of the Brittany branch.

Stade Hennebontais will meet the public on February 15 and 16, 2025 at the Victor-Hugo gymnasium in Hennebont for its barter and chips and its super lotto with €3,500 in prizes.
