Bayern Munich is concerned about the situation of its young Moroccan international Adam Aznou.
Officially turned pro on July 1, five months after being promoted to the reserve from the U19s, Adam Aznou saw his progress slowed down against a backdrop of poor playing time.
Barred by competition, the promising international left back Moroccan (3 caps) only played two matches with the first team during the first part of the season. Ten minutes for his baptism of fire on November 2 in the league (3-0 victory against Union Berlin), plus a very short minute in the Champions League, during the XXL victory (1-5) at Shakhtar Donetsk, on December 10, 2024.
The Youth League proves to be his outlet, given his unalterable status as indisputable in the competition, the captain’s armband on his arm. All punctuated by brilliant performances (2 goals, 2 assists in 5 matches).
Bayern does not rule out Aznou’s departure
In this context, the general staff Bavarian does not rule out a departure on loan for his versatile kid under contract until 2027. History that the latter gains playing time. This is what sports director Max Eberl indicated in comments relayed by Kerry Hau, journalist from Sky Germany.
-“If anything interesting comes up, we’ll take care of it. Stanišić will be back soon and hopefully also Hiroki Itō. This does not make the boy’s (Aznou) task easier. He knows it, we know it. That’s why I wouldn’t rule out a loan for him.”
In the absence of a departure this winter, the transfer market of which closes in two weeks, the native of Barcelona could therefore bounce back next summer.
