Mathilde Gremaud on the podium in Laax – rts.ch

Mathilde Gremaud took 3rd place during the slopestyle World Cup event in Laax. The Fribourgeoise had to leave the victory to Eileen Gu.

After a failed first run, Mathilde Gremaud presented the most difficult jumps, but she had to put her hands in the snow when landing her second attempt at a 1260, which earned her significant deductions.

The Olympic champion missed second place Megan Oldham by 0.21 points, but she conceded more than 8 points to Eileen Gu. Second Swiss finalist, Sarah Höfflin had to settle for 8th place for not having completed a clean course.
