Patro Eisden filed a complaint against the delegate at the origin of the fine received for the reception given to Charleroi in the Cup in the round of 16 of the Cup. The Limburgers do not intend to let this happen.
A week ago, the professional football disciplinary committee of the Belgian Union imposed a fine of 5,000 euros on Patro Eisden and another of 2,500 euros on Stijn Stijnen. This follows the indignation of Rik De Mil, who perceived the changing room heated to 30 degrees and made more cramped as an attempt to destabilize.
Stijnen has always denied the facts, accusing the delegate behind the report incriminating him of having lied: “This delegate will now have to live with the idea that a legend like Luc Nilis, who was next to me when I “I made my statement and whoever heard exactly what I said will now know what kind of person he is” he declared.
The Patro in court
The matter will not stop there. The club has in fact announced in an official press release that it wants to file a complaint with civil action for forgery and use of forgery against the famous delegate.
-“The Patro will ask the investigating judge to hear all the witnesses and to carry out an investigation into the reasons for the obvious lies described in this report, written late because outside the allotted deadlines, and which were then used during the disciplinary procedure The club and its coach have suffered serious damage and will therefore request a correction and compensation.
The meeting may have been disputed in October, but the affair which concerns it still risks dragging on with this new twist. We can still bet that it will have had its epilogue before the Cup final.
