The 2025 Dakar Rally entered its decisive phase this Monday with stage 8, leaving only four days of competition.
On a diverse course featuring navigation challenges, sand, rocks, and more, Luciano Benavides (Red Bull KTM) came out strongest, finishing ahead of Adrien van Beveren (Monster Energy Honda).
Both riders achieved these results thanks to credited time after helping Pablo Quintanilla (Monster Energy Honda) following the Chilean’s crash.
Daniel Sanders (Red Bull KTM) finished only seventh but still maintains a comfortable lead in the general classification, with a margin of more than 11 minutes.
