Eliesse Ben Seghir is in the sights of Napoli, who plan to recruit him soon to compensate for the expected departure of Georgian international Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
According to information from Téléfoot, Eliesse Ben Seghir is among the options considered by the southern Italian club, while Kvaratskhelia has expressed his wish to leave Naples and is getting closer to a transfer to Paris Saint-Germain.
The same source indicates that several European clubs are competing with Naples to secure the services of Ben Seghir. However, the Moroccan player does not seem willing to leave the Monaco club immediately.
Considered one of the best young talents in world football, Ben Seghir has played 25 matches for Monaco in all competitions this season, scoring 7 goals and providing 4 assists. He is an indisputable starter within the French team and a real breath of fresh air within the Moroccan selection which he joined earlier this year.
Note that Ben Seghir is under contract with AS Monaco until the summer of 2027. He also won the bronze medal with the Moroccan Olympic team during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
