“Attributing the quality of the 2nd half to us is the tree that hides the forest”: the Storm Ultras defend themselves after the Carolo defeat against the Union

The XXL match of Castro-Montes, the saving match interruption and the class of Ivanovic: what to remember after Charleroi-Union

Logically, the Storms Ultras were singled out by the players, staff and management of Sporting. During the night, the Carolo ultra group published a press release to defend themselves.

“The timing of the 46th was not good. We sincerely apologize for this. A temporary stoppage resulted. This is a fact. The match then resumed”, the Ultras first clarified in a semblance of mea culpa.

But for the Storm Ultras, the interruption of the match linked to the cracking of smoke bombs cannot serve as an excuse for Sporting’s poor second half: “If now it’s a match stoppage […] who would be responsible for the technical errors of the goalkeeper at the other end of the field, the recurring losses of duels, the lack of dangerous opportunities, certain sporting changes depending on the vagaries of life as a coach, the lack of reinforcements currently […] . so in this case we are 100% responsible for the sporting results of the RCSC, its generosity in front of goal, and the innate talent of the players to play two halves at 100 miles an hour. We will apologize if this is the case… while being reassured by the number of matches where without smoke bombs, the zebra colors should have won.”

Zorgue disappointed with supporters after Charleroi’s defeat against Union: “Whether we win or lose, we have to let us play”

“More seriously, that our timing of animation can be criticized, that’s a fact. But to attribute to us the sporting quality of the second half… it’s the tree that hides the forest of the RCSC with its irregular qualities since the start of the championship”concludes the group of Carolos supporters.

A press release and a defense which did not please the other supporters who did not hesitate to bear (part of) the responsibility for the defeat on the Storm Ultras.
