Jaraaf made its debut in the National 1 Women’s basketball championship. This Sunday the Medinese dominated Diamagueune BC (51-31) as part of the first day at the Marius Ndiaye stadium.
The Jaraafwomen accomplished this by recording their first victory of the 2025 season. The Jaraaf, facing the girls of Jules Badji, did not tremble and perfectly controlled the meeting, with a significant advantage at the break (26-20) .
The same scenario repeated itself after leaving the locker room: Jaraaf continued to dominate a Diamagueune team which did not have the necessary arguments to oppose offensively. The Medina team therefore won with a 20-point lead. Fatou Gueye Keita showed talent by scoring 15 points.
