NHL: interest in the services of Swedish forward Viktor Lodin

With 12 goals and 21 assists in 31 games with Farjestads so far this season in Sweden, former Ottawa Senators forward Viktor Lodin is reportedly attracting interest from teams in the National Hockey League.

Several clubs, including the Blues and the Detroit Red Wings, are closely monitoring the 25-year-old athlete, the daily reports. The evening paper.

4th round pick – 94th overall – of the Senators in 2019, Lodin only played one game with the team from the federal capital, in 2021-2022, obtaining no points. He scored 11 goals and amassed 12 assists in 38 games with the Belleville school club in 2 seasons.

The Senators had decided not to present him with a qualifying offer at the end of his contract. Lodin is under contract with Farjestads until 2028-2029, but has the option to return to North America if an attractive offer comes his way.
