Victor Wembanyama double Anthony Davis • Basket USA

A week after the first, the NBA publishes its second fan vote for the 2025 All-Star Game. Only one change in the fan “holders” with Stephen Curry (Warriors) passing in front Luka Doncic (Mavericks) on the Western backcourt to accompany Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (Thunder).

On the “frontcourt”, it is Nikola Jokic (Nuggets) which still dominates the standings in the conference, ahead Kevin Durant (Suns) while LeBron James (Lakers) is third. Anthony Davis (Lakers) moves down one place behind, since it is now Victor Wembanyama (Spurs) who is at the foot of the podium!

The “Greek Freak” at the top of the votes

In the East, Giannis Antetokounmpo (Bucks) is still well ahead in the votes, ahead of Jayson Tatum (Celtics) et Karl-Anthony Towns (Knicks). On the “backcourt”, it’s still LaMelo Ball (Hornets) which is quite clearly in the lead, ahead Donovan Mitchell (Cavaliers)

As a reminder, voting will close on January 20 and players and media will then join fans and choose their own All-Stars. The selections will then be shuffled, with fans accounting for 50% of the vote, while current players and the media panel will weigh in at 25% each. The replacements will, for their part, be selected by the 30 coaches while the All-Star Game will take place in San Francisco on February 16.

This year, the all-star game will be transformed into a four-team tournament, just to bring a little competitiveness to a meeting that has become a contest of dunks and 3-pointers for years.
