Finally. For the first time since November 23 and the trip to Lens, groups of Olympians supporters will once again be able to take their place in a visitor’s parking lot. Saturday evening in Rennes, as part of the 17th day of Ligue 1, they will access the space reserved for them at Roazhon Park, as has been the case for several seasons.
A very supervised trip
However, their arrival on Breton soil will be particularly controlled. “The travels of Olympique de Marseille are regularly marked by disturbances to public order resulting from the violent behavior of certain supporters”alerts the prefecture of department 35. Before adding that “relations between the “ultras” supporters of Rennes and Marseille have been deteriorating for several years”.
In any case, this authorization to travel to Brittany in two days should please the Marseille leaders and their supporters, gathered this Thursday at the Commanderie to address the issue of travel bans.
