Tziolis warns Anderlecht: “A good team, but…”

Anderlecht risks suffering this Sunday against the offensives of Club Bruges. The Mauves, deprived of Zanka Jorgensen (departure) and Jan Vertonghen (injured), will have to succeed in containing high-level players like Andreas Skov Olsen and Christos Tziolis.

The Greek striker, who will face Anderlecht for the first time in his career, is aware that this match has a special flavor for the supporters, but that does not disturb him more than that.

Looking forward to facing Anderlecht

“I always play without stress, no matter what team I face. I’m just looking forward to playing against Anderlecht. They’re a good team, but we want to win. We’re going there with the aim of winning again with the three points.”

Bruges have already played a lot of matches since the start of the season, but that doesn’t bother the Greek: “We are used to playing a lot of matches. Everyone is fit and ready to play every 3-4 days. We have also a lot of confidence in ourselves.”

The star of the team

Tziolis may not stay in Bruges for long. Indeed, the former Fortuna Düsseldorf player has had a string of good performances since the start of the season. He already has 11 goals and 6 assists after 29 appearances.
