This is the latest attempt to try to tip the scales in his favor. According to the daily AS, Barça sent an email to the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) to try, as a last resort, to validate the registration of Dani Olmo and Pau Víctor. The club claims to have fulfilled the required conditions, but the steps were taken out of time. This initiative aims to circumvent the initial refusal of LaLiga, supported by the RFEF, which insists on the absence of a request conforming to the established rules.

The Administrative Court soon to be seized by Barça?

Faced with this blockage, Barça plans to seize the Administrative Court of Sport or ordinary justice to obtain provisional measures allowing the registration of players. A decision must be made before Tuesday morning. Despite the club's confidence in the legality of its actions, LaLiga and the RFEF remain inflexible: Barça did not respect the rules or deadlines, making the situation very complicated.

Since January 1, Dani Olmo and Pau Víctor no longer appear in the official Barça squad on the LaLiga website, thus depriving them of their license and their right to play. This exclusion illustrates the firmness of the RFEF, which, by refusing Barça's requests, also seeks to preserve its relations with LaLiga. The vice-presidency of Javier Tebas within the Federation clearly reinforces this posture.
