Formula 1 | Verstappen: I have no desire to win a title with another team

Despite its difficulties and problems, Red Bull Racing is still like “a second family” pour Max Verstappen.

The four-time world champion, who admitted to flirting with Mercedes during the summer, explains why it is not so easy to decide to change teams when the slope has been rather downward in recent months.

“I’ve been part of Red Bull pretty much since the beginning, and it’s a place where I’ve really built a great relationship with everyone.”

“Of course, we go through difficult times as well as good times, fortunately more good times than bad times, but it's almost like a second family, and that's what makes working as a team really enjoyable.”

“I think what really worked for me was that I was able to be myself. I could really feel at home. And I think when you feel very comfortable in an environment of “team, you can also really get the best out of yourself.”

“Also, it's not like I have to try to win the world championship somewhere else. It's not a desire on my part. I'm just happy where I am.”

“It would also be great if we could just stay with one team and race there forever. I would like to believe that. That's the goal.”
