The French midfielder has been free from any contract since his departure from Juve and is looking for a new major challenge with the dream of returning to the French team in mind. Olympique de Marseille is more than interested in the possibility of securing the services of the French player, who would also not be closed to the idea of signing with the Phocéens. Despite everything, Medhi Benatia wanted to calm things down, not wanting to make false promises to Marseille fans and observers. For Djibril Cissé, if Pogba wants to join Marseille, he will have to make a big effort, particularly on his salary.
Pogba at OM, sacrifices will have to be made
On the set of The Channel L’Equipethe consultant has in fact given a clear opinion concerning a possible arrival of the 2018 world champion at OM: “He has to make an effort, otherwise there are no clubs that will be able to match his salary”. As a reminder, Pogba received a salary of 8 million net per season at Juve, even if the latter had been revised to a minimum following his sanction for doping a few weeks ago. Besides Europe, Saudi Arabia or even the MLS could, however, give him the emoluments he demands. According to Loïc Tanzi, Inter Miami is a credible candidate to secure the services of Paul Pogba.
