Cugnaux. Podcast: they share their memories of the Olympics

This Wednesday, December 18, young Cugnalais recorded a podcast in public, with Olympic boxing medalist Sofiane Oumiha.

This summer 2024, five young Cugnalais experienced an exceptional adventure thanks to a partnership between the municipality and the Rebonds association, winner of a call for projects from the National Agency for Territorial Cohesion (ANCT).

These children, four of whom come from the priority district of the city (Le Vivier), had the opportunity to attend Olympic Games events in Paris, at the Stade de France, and to participate in a week rich in social activities. -cultural events in Orléans with other young people from Occitanie, on the theme of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

To highlight this unique experience, the Oral association supported these young people in the creation of a podcast recounting their Olympic adventure and their link with the Paris 2024 Games.

Wednesday, December 18, at 6 p.m. at the Mosaïque space in Cugnaux, these young people shared their testimonies in the presence of Sofiane Oumiha, Toulouse boxer and silver medalist at the Rio 2016 Olympics. This moment of exchange promises to inspire the public and to promote the commitment of local actors to education and sport.

This event demonstrates the capacity of sport to unite and transmit universal values ​​such as respect, surpassing oneself and solidarity.
