Odermatt back as boss, Loïc Meillard saves the furniture, Lara Gut-Behrami ensures – rts.ch

Nothing is going well for Marc Rochat and Ramon Zenhäusern. The Vaudois, who entered the top-8 of the discipline thanks to his excellent results last season, seems to be falling back into his old ways. Eliminated in Levi, eliminated in Gurgl, Rochat experienced a similar misadventure in Val d’Isère. Three eliminations in three races and on the first track, the first part of the season for the Swiss turned into a nightmare.

The Vaudois is unfortunately not the only one to encounter difficulties. 20th in Levi and 30th in Gurgl, Ramon Zenhaüsern failed to climb into the top 30 on the initial route. The Haut-Valaisan arrived far, very far from the best, setting the 37th time almost… 4 seconds behind the leader.

Daniel Yule, for his part, limited the damage by placing 20th on a track which never really smiled on him, apart from a 4th place acquired in 2021. The Valaisan saw his chances of a podium disappear in the first round after committing a big mistake.
