The Triais sports associations are particularly dynamic, including the “Runners du Pelam” and the Football Club Triais (FCT).
Course
The Pelam runners are a great group of friends who share this passion for running and surpassing oneself, and who meet up every Thursday to explore the hills. This year, they added an easier session on Monday evening, at 7 p.m., with intervals, to allow beginners to join them on a 5 km course.
Last November 23, for the Telethon, the runners organized a 64-kilometer relay race around the canton of Trie. Each runner could join or leave the group depending on their endurance. Nearly 100 participants ran for a good cause and raised just over €1,000. They were welcomed by the municipalities they passed through, Trie-sur-Baïse, Sarraguzan, Estampures, Antin, Mazerolles, Osmets, Sère-Rustaing, Puydarrieux, Sadournin, but also by the Adapei of Bonnefont and its residents. The Pelam runners thank them all for their welcome, their kindness and sympathy, as well as the firefighters who accompanied them all day.
Their next challenge will take place on March 30, 2025 from Lapeyre. They will organize “the Trail of 7 sources”, with three routes of 22, 12 and even one kilometer for children.

Recently, the managers and players met in the evening to welcome the new volunteers and declared: “This renewed interest in the FCT shows a dynamic that will need to be confirmed by the pursuit of structuring projects for the club.” The club adds: “Thank you to the former coaches, Nicolas Sibray and Joel Capelle, who brought the I team up to regional 1 and allowed us to obtain a title of Champion of the Hautes-Pyrénées Terroir.”
