Decathlon inaugurates a new store in Arribat Center

Decathlon, a major player in sports equipment, has opened its second store in the city of Rabat, in the heart of Arribat Centre. This opening brings the brand’s number of points of sale in the region to four (Rabat, Témara, Kénitra), in addition to its online platform, Decathlon.ma.

The inauguration of this new store illustrates Decathlon’s commitment to getting closer to sports enthusiasts, beginners or experienced, by offering them innovative and accessible products. The project also enabled the creation of new local employment opportunities, strengthening Decathlon’s role in the economic and social fabric of the region.

“We are convinced that our team on site will be able to embody Decathlon’s values: vitality, generosity, responsibility and authenticity,” declared Mr. Imad Bouzzroud, Director of Human Resources at Decathlon Morocco.

Spanning 2,100 m² spread over two levels, the Arribat Center store adopts a unique concept in Morocco. It integrates the brand’s new visual identity, symbol of a major evolution in the customer approach.

The spaces have been completely redesigned to offer a fluid and pleasant experience. Dedicated areas such as “blue moments” (reception, checkouts, fitting rooms, workshop) and interactive showrooms make the purchasing experience more intuitive. “This new layout allows for better readability of products and a harmonious environment, allowing customers to navigate easily and fully enjoy their visit,” explains Mr. Abdessamad Tizli, store director.
