6-year-old child banned from stadium

A very young supporter was sanctioned for throwing cups and balls of paper from a stand at the Stade Océane.

championship match between Le Havre and , at the beginning of November.

According to L’Equipe, “ the projectiles in question were none other than empty cardboard cups and balls of paper, probably sent in the direction of a friend of the aforementioned child. They landed at the edge of the field, beyond the advertising boards but not on the playing area, and did not hit anyone. […] Still, this fact was included in the delegate's report. The use of video surveillance tapes then made it possible to identify the minor. »

A symbolic and educational measure

The child's parents were therefore summoned by the club, which notified them ” a commercial stadium ban for a few months », for the little one as well as for his companion of the day, who had bought the entrance tickets.
