The 8th round of the Coupe de France took place this weekend. A decisive round, which often allows skimming between the teams which can aspire to a great epic. Among the main shocks, the attractive Nancy – Bastia ended in a Corsican victory (2-0). Caen enforced the hierarchy by winning (6-0) against Bolbec, a Regional 1 team, just like FC Lorient, winner of Monnaie (R1) with a score of (5-0).

In terms of exploits: FC 93, a National 2 club, won the derby against Red Star on penalties (3-2), while Pau FC took the door against Saint-Philbert, a club from N3, also on penalties. All results are available here. With the end of all these matches played this weekend, the identity of the 62 teams qualified for the 32nd finals is now known. The draw will take place this Monday, December 2.
