Alpine skiing – World Cup. Six French women selected for the technical events in Killington

Six French women were selected by the French staff to compete in the slalom and the giant of Killington this weekend.

The French Ski Federation revealed this afternoon the names of the skiers chosen to compete in the giant and slalom at Killington. In Vermont, there will be six tricolors competing and two of them will double with two races in 24 hours. Clara Direz will therefore be accompanied by Clarisse Brèche and Caitlin McFarlane for this second giant of the season.

The next day, in slalom, classic with Chiara Pogneaux, Marie Lamure and Marion Chevrier with the two skiers mentioned above. The only change is the non-participation of Laurine Lugon-Moulin in this trip to North America. The two events will be contested in the late afternoon and early evening French time with a first round at 4 p.m. and a second act at 7 p.m.

The Blues will take the plane this Wednesday towards Killington while Clara Direz has already been there for a week. The Savoyarde trained where snow is present in quantity, at Copper Mountain and Loveland.
