According to Météo-France, the wind is expected to strengthen in Anjou in the evening of this Sunday, November 24. In the east of the department, it should reach 75 km/h and up to 85 in Choletais and Mauges.

“The Enedis teams remain mobilized”

In response, Enedis Maine-et- became vigilant. “The teams always remain mobilized”tells us Didier Corvée, territorial delegate of Enedis in the department. This is to reduce the impact of this strong wind on the electricity network.

In Anjou, after the passage of storm Caetano on Thursday November 21, 4,000 homes were deprived of electricity. But by Friday evening, this figure had fallen to 800 households, then to less than 500 on Saturday morning.
