Eleven French people will take part in the Gurgl slaloms on Saturday and Sunday. Clément Noël, Steven Amiez and Marie Lamure will notably be there.
After the success of Clément Noël and the good performances of Marie Lamure, Clarisse Brèche and Steven Amiez, the Blues are heading back to the World Cup tracks. Gurgl arrives this weekend with a men’s slalom and another women’s. The female group is renewed. In addition to Brèche and Lamure, Chiara Pogneaux will be in the running, as will Marion Chevrier, Caitlin McFarlane and Laurine Lugon-Moulin.

The male group is small. Clément Noël and Steven Amiez are obviously there, Victor Muffat-Jeandet will be accompanied by Paco Rassat and Hugo Desgrippes. Léo Anguenot and Auguste Aulnette leave the list. This Gurgl slalom coincides with the start of the European Cup, in Levi. The skier from Mieussy will be there, the Cluse is being preserved before the big deadlines in December. He will be at Beaver Creek, Val d’Isère and Alta Badia and will compete in slalom during these last two stages.
The women’s slalom is scheduled for Saturday November 23 and the men will race on Sunday the 24th. The first rounds will be held at 10:30 a.m. and the second at 1:30 p.m.
