Moroccan international Reda Belahyane in the crosshairs of AC Milan

AC Milan considers Reda Belahyane a priority target during this winter’s transfer market and the Rossoneri have already entered into contact with the Moroccan footballer’s entourage, the Italian press reported on Monday.

According to the newspaper “Corriere dello Sport”, AC Milan is closely monitoring Moroccan midfielder, Reda Belahyane, believing that the Milanese club would have no problem including the player in the list which will be handed over to Serie A in February, at the end of the January 2025 transfer market, since the former player is a U22 player and could therefore play without registration.

The Rossoneri management has already held discussions with the player’s agent, adds the same source, calling Belahyane a “midfielder with excellent playmaking qualities”.

Other major European clubs are also in the running to try to secure the services of the young Moroccan nugget, indicates the Italian press. These include Chelsea (Premier League/England) who reportedly sent recruiters to observe the player on several occasions, Olympique de (Ligue 1/) and the Italian club Inter Milan.

The 20-year-old defensive midfielder, summoned to join the Atlas Lions for the matches against Gabon and Lesotho as part of the CAN 2025 qualifiers, won his place as a starter and author of a perfect start to the season with his Italian club Hellas Verona.
