Franco-Manitoban Anne Grossman attends 11th Gray Cup final

Anne Grossman, a Franco-Manitoban from Lorette, Manitoba, went to Vancouver with three of her friends to cheer on the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the Gray Cup final.

We started dressing up 11 years ago. At first, we only had a tutu, but over the years we added accessoriesshe says with a big smile on her lips.

Every year, the four friends add new accessories to their costume. This year it’s a capeshe says, pointing to the piece of gold-colored fabric.

At home, I have a bin full of Blue Bombers clothing and accessories.

They are good friends with whom I play golf and ringette regularly. We have known each other for several years, we often travel togetherexplains the former director of Seven Oaks School.

The quartet has purchased season tickets since 2013 to attend all Blue Bombers games in Winnipeg. They are sitting next to each other.

For Anne Grossman, the Gray Cup festivities are opportunities to share her passion for football with people across Canada.

My prediction is that we will win our third Gray Cup in five years.
