Two players from the Be Sport Academy, Mouhamed Dabo and El Hadji Malick Cissé, recent winners of the UFAO U17 tournament, completed a development course at the Catalan club as part of the partnership with FC Barcelona.
The Be Sport Academy and FC Barcelona have already identified their first gems within the Senegalese training center a little less than a month after the official announcement of their partnership. A few days ago, the Academy led by El Hadji Dieng announced that it had sent Mouhamed Dabo and El Hadji Malick Cissé on internship with the Catalan club.
El Hadji Malick Cissé who spoke on the Wiwsport microphones expressed his pride. “ Naturally, it’s a source of pride. This is the start of a project in which it is expected that young players with potential will be identified. They went out to do some testing, hoping to meet expectations and that it could result in a signing. It’s a first experience, but it proves that we are providing quality training.
