The Moroccan Basketball selection will carry out a preparation course from November 11 in Rabat, in anticipation of the AfroBasket 2025 qualifiers, which will take place in Senegal (November 22-24), indicates the Royal Moroccan Basketball Federation (FRMBB) .
The national team is housed in Group A which also includes South Sudan, DR Congo and Mali. The four selections will be in the race for three qualification tickets to the next decisive and qualifying phase for the next CAN. To this end, the national coach, Labib Al Hamrani summoned 20 players to take part in this training course.
Note that the FRMBB has submitted an application to the African Basketball Confederation with a view to hosting the second phase of these qualifiers, which will take place next February. Here, moreover, is the list of players selected for this course:
