According to reports, Manchester United are ready to offer Amad Diallo a new contract which would see him triple his weekly salary.
The Ivory Coast international has recently been talked about by scoring a double during United’s 2-0 victory over PAOK. A decisive performance which allowed Man U to win their first victory in Europe in more than a year.
In the meantime, despite his difficulties in getting playing time, these latest performances are forcing United to look at him differently. Even though the last three and a half years haven’t been what the Red Devils hoped for, The Sunbelieves the Premier League side are close to offering him a huge new contract.
The Red Devils are ready to offer the Ivory Coast international three times the playing terms, with the deal taking his weekly wages from £29,000 to almost £90,000. With the young striker happy at Old Trafford, the two sides are expected to agree a deal soon.
It will be interesting to see how negotiations between the two sides progress in the coming weeks. Diallo will have finally bided his time since joining Old Trafford from Atalanta in January 2021.
The 22-year-old is happy at Manchester United despite struggling to get game time.
