But according to Gazzetta dello Sport, in addition to extending, the Slovenian made a golden financial deal.

Indeed, the latter would have obtained even greater emoluments than the previous ones, reaching 8 million euros per year, excluding bonuses. To ensure that no team comes for him too quickly, a buyout clause was included in the contract. It amounts to 200 million euros.
