Parkour enthusiasts now have their own dedicated training room, at 65 rue Théodule-Ribot, in Saint-Brieuc. Thanks to the opening of the West Mouv room, with the Amicale Laïque, local traceurs have a secure and adapted space to indulge in their favorite discipline.
West Mouv offers a complete playground, equipped with climbing modules, bars and jumping areas. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, you will find something to challenge yourself and progress. Supervised by Steven Lucas, sports instructor and former stunt acrobat, practitioners benefit from quality teaching and can participate in group lessons or free practice workshops.
This room is a childhood dream come true.

Mutual aid and sharing
Beyond the sporting aspect, this room is a place of meeting and exchange for a community of enthusiasts.
It helps develop a spirit of mutual aid and sharing, while encouraging the discovery of new figures and techniques.
With the opening of West Moov, Saint-Brieuc is positioning itself as a reference in parkour in Brittany.
This second room dedicated to this discipline, and the first to be supported by an association, testifies to the vitality of this practice and its interest for young people.
Strength and agility
This new structure is part of the 5,000 sports facilities developed by the National Sports Agency. it responds to a growing enthusiasm for parkour, the art of fluid and efficient movement in the urban environment.
In Saint-Brieuc, as elsewhere, this practice seduces with its multiple benefits: development of strength, agility, balance and self-confidence. To date, the parkour section has 195 members.
