League of Nations. England reassures itself in Finland

England, who suffered a defeat at home against Greece (2-1), reassured themselves by winning against Finland in Helsinki (3-1), Sunday during the 4th day of the League of Nations .

Victorious over Ireland (2-0) and Finland, already at home (2-0) during its first two matches, the team of interim coach Lee Carsley is provisionally tied on points with Greece (1st ), opposed to Ireland in the evening (8:45 p.m.).

Alexander-Arnold scores a direct free kick

Manchester City striker Jack Grealish opened the scoring with a perfect flat foot in the penalty area (18th), then Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold doubled the score with a splendid free kick (74th) .

Declan Rice added a third goal for the Three Lions (84th) but Arttu Hoskonen saved the honor for Finland with a superb header from a corner (87th).

On the next day England will play in Greece on November 14 and Finland in Ireland on the same day.

Lee Carsley (50), at the head of the England selection since the departure of Gareth Southgate after the Euro, has not yet submitted his candidacy for the post of coach.
