Return to Vendée for Louise Maraval, finalist in the 400 meters hurdles at the Olympic Games

Objective Los Angeles in 2028

Louise Maraval resumes training “my daily life, in the preparation phase. It’s about nine training sessions per week and physiotherapy sessions”. And at the same time, his studies : “I am in a master 2 in sports management in Nantes”. With one goal in mind: win a medal at the Los Angeles Olympic Games in 2028. “Starting with the world championships in Tokyo next summer.”

In Vendée, a local star

The young athlete is licensed at L’Entente Sèvre, in Vendée. She took a few photos with those who followed her this summer, Sunday October 7 in Saint-Laurent-sur-Sèvre, where 5 and 10 kilometer races were organized by her club. “Usually it’s people from the city at the Games. Louise comes from Vendée, like me. She’s my idol”says young Gabriel before taking part in the children’s race.
