Michael Hage is already on fire in the NCAA

After providing two assists in his first career NCAA game on Friday, Michael Hage continued to please Montreal Canadiens fans on Saturday evening.

The 18-year-old prospect scored his first goal – and not the least – with the University of Michigan Wolverines in the game against the Minnesota State Mavericks.

In the first period, Hage overwhelmed his coverman on defense before beating the goalkeeper with a shot into the upper area.

Barely 81 seconds after the start of the game, the Ontarian had obtained another assist. Thus, he participated in the Wolverines’ first four goals of the season. They won by a score of 4 to 1.

First round pick, 21st overall, by the Canadiens in the most recent draft, Hage has impressed so far. Last year in the USHL, he amassed 75 points in 54 games with the Chicago Steel.
