CAN 2025 qualifiers. Walid Regragui reveals his list

In its first two matches in these qualifiers, the national team beat Gabon (4-1) and Lesotho (1-0).

Here is the list of players selected:

Goalkeepers: Munir El Kajoui (RS Berkane), Yassine Bounou (Al Hilal FC/Saudi Arabia), Salaheddine Chihab (Maghreb Fez).

Defenders: Achraf Hakimi ( SG/), Mohamed Chibi (Pyramids/Egypt), Noussair Mazraoui (Manchester United/England), Abdelkabir Abqar (Deportivo Alaves/Spain), Nayef Aguerd (Real Sociedad/Spain), Adam Aznou (Bayern Munich/ Germany), Abdelhamid Aït Boudlal (Stade Rennais/France), Jamal Harkass (Wydad Casablanca).

Midfielders: Sofyan Amrabat (Fenerbahçe/Turkey), Ismael Saibari (PSV Eindhoven/Netherlands), Bilal El Khannous (Leicester City/England), Oussama Targhaline (/France), Azzeddine Ounahi (Panathinaikos/Greece), Reda Belahyane (Hellas Verona/Italy).

Attackers: Ilias Akhomach (Villarreal CF/Espagne), Amine Adli (Leverkusen/Allemagne), Soufiane Rahimi (Al Ain/Emirates Arabes Unis), Ayoub El Kaabi (Olympiakos/Grèce), Youssef En-nesyri (Fenerbahçe/Turquie), Iliesse Ben Seghir (AS Monaco/France), Abdessamad Ezzalzouli (Real Betis/Espagne), Osame Sahraoui (/France).

Morocco, already qualified for CAN-2025 as host country, is placed in group B alongside Gabon, Central Africa and Lesotho.
