Kjetil Knutsen future coach of Anderlecht? The main person responds… laughing! – All football

Anderlecht are looking for a replacement following the departure of Brian Riemer. Kjetil Knutsen, coach of Bodo/Glmit, is cited among the potential candidates.

Mark van Bommel, Thomas Letsch, Miron Muslic, Philippe Clement, Kasper Hjulmand and even…Hein Vanhaezebrouck. Names have been circulating lately regarding the potential replacement of Brian Riemer.

One of the potential candidates is also Kjetil Knutsen. The Norwegian coach is currently at the head of Bodo/Glimt, which is playing this Thursday in the Europa League against Union Saint-Gilloise.

Kjetil Knutsen in Anderlecht? He answers!

At a press conference, he first prefaced the match against the Union. “Union is a very, very good team. If you ask me, they are one of the best teams in Belgium. They haven’t started the season very well, but they will be there, I am sure”, relates the Newspaper.

Kjetil Knutsen then responded to rumors sending him to RSC Anderlecht. “I have a manager, but I never talk to him,” he said then, laughing.

“For me it is very important to be 100% involved in your own club. I want the players to work hard every day and the same goes for me. I can promise you that I am 100% focused on this club. It’s entirely possible that one day I’ll leave Bodo/Glimt. But it’s not tomorrow.”
