Cyril Linette resigns from the LFP board of directors

He was true to his word. According to our information, Cyril Linette, who was beaten by Vincent Labrune on September 10 for the post of president of the Professional Football League (LFP), announced Tuesday afternoon his resignation from the board of directors of the instance. He sent an email to all the administrators to inform them of his decision. It is the logical continuation of the commitment he made to Amélie Oudéa-Castéra, the former Minister of Sports, to step down if he was not elected to the presidency (he was beaten by 14 votes against 2 and 1 abstention). This solution was designed so that families (players, coaches, referees, etc.) would agree to give him the sponsorship necessary to compete.
