Camps and the preseason are moving forward and soon NHL teams will have to announce their rosters to start the 2024-25 season.
Several big decisions on the horizon and several players have already received the news that their season will not start in the NHL.
Some of these players will return to junior or Europe while others will join the farm club in the American League.
For many, you must first go through waivers, a mandatory process which allows other teams in the league to come and draw from others if they feel that such a player can help them in the big club instead of return to the AHL.
Here are the players tossed around today, there are 23 in total including 2 from the Canadian, Lucas Condotta et Brandon Gignac.

Note that in the group of players tossed aside yesterday, no player was claimed.
