MotoGP. The starting grid for the sprint race and the Indonesian Grand Prix

The Spaniard Jorge Martin, leader of the MotoGP championship, will start at the head of the sprint race then the Indonesian Grand Prix, 15th round of the season, after setting the best qualifying time on Saturday morning.

On the Mandalika circuit, crushed by heat, the Ducati-Pramac rider who improved the record of the Lombok circuit, will start on the front row in front of the Italian Marco Bezzecchi (Ducati VR-46), who fell without seriousness and the another Spaniard Pedro Acosta (GasGas-Tech3).

His main rival for the title, the Italian Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati), set the 4th time and will start from the 2nd row.

“I’m so happy. Today I felt good. Everything went perfectly, so it’s always nice,” Martin reacted. “I knew I could be fast but I didn’t imagine the first line so what can I say? I am very happy”added the Transalpine.

The six-time Moto GP world champion, Spaniard Marc Marquez, 4th in the world rankings, will only start in 12th position after falling twice during these qualifications. The two Frenchmen, Fabio Quartararo (Yamaha) and Johann Zarco (Honda-LCR), made a nice group shot and will start in 6th and 7th position respectively.
